All bookings are subject to an additional Linen Fee of $25 per person

PLEASE NOTE: There is a new house currently being constructed next door.  Expected completion is November 2017. There may be some construction noise during your stay.  The builders generally do not work on weekends.

How much is the bond?

The bond is $1000

After a satisfactory inspection of the property we will endeavour to return you bond as soon as possible or within 7 days of your departure.

Bonds are usually not required if you are paying your deposit / balance via credit card though some conditions may apply.

How can I pay?

For your convenience we accept Cheque, EFT & Credit Card payments (Visa & MasterCard).

When booking you will be advised of your deposit amount to secure the property and when full payment is due.

If your inquiry is approximately 1 month prior to your arrival we require full payment including bond.

Credit Card payments incur a 2% fee.

Payment must be cleared before your arrival for keys to be handed over.

Arrival & Departure

What time is check in and check out?

Check-in is any time after 3.00pm Check-out is by 10.00am

If you would like an early arrival or late departure please request this prior to securing your booking. Although we may confirm your request at the time we reserve the right to change this in accordance with any new booking received.

Where do I collect and return keys?

A representative of ‘Peninsula Escapes’ will meet you at the property to hand over keys.

Keys must be returned to the office of Indigo Property Marketing at 2937 Pt Nepean Rd, Blairgowrie. If the office is closed there is a key slot in the main door for key return. The key return location details and map will be provided in the ‘Terms & Conditions’ document and on the guest information left at the property.

Do I have to clean upon my departure?

Although the property will be professionally cleaned we do expect you to leave the property in a tidy state. Cleaning instructions are provided in the ‘Terms & Conditions’ document and also displayed in a prominent position at the property. You’ll be reminded of your responsibilities upon check-in.

Please remember you will be staying at somebodies home and we expect you to be respectful of this.


How many sets of keys do we receive and what happens if I lose them?

You will only be given one set of keys for the duration of your stay.

We appreciate this may be inconvenient but the more sets of keys we provide you with the greater the chance of misplacing them. If a set is lost a locksmith will be called to change the barrel of the existing lock and provide new keys at your expense. This forms part of your agreement to hire the property.

What happens if I break or damage something?

Breakages & damage do occur. Please advise the property manager upon your departure or alternatively if damage occurs that impacts or compromise the safety of your stay, please contact the property manager immediately.

What do I do if I can’t get something to work?

An extensive ‘Guest Information’ folder is provided for you to refer to and will help explain how most items operate. Product manuals for most appliances are in the bottom kitchen draw.

In the case of an emergency or where this impacts significantly on your stay please contact our office.

Is linen provided?

Yes, all beds are made including flat & fitted sheets, pillowcases & doona covers. Each person is provided a towel and each bathroom has a bath mat & hand towel.  Sorry we do not provide guests with the option to bring their own linen.

When do I receive my bond back?

Normally within 7 days of your departure and after the inspection is complete.
